Globalization, financial and economic crisis, interconnections of economies of individual countries and many other current phenomena significantly changed the face of states around the world. Except of significant changes in macroeconomics statistics as the unemployment rate, public debt or GDP there exist also changes in the business area.
The impacts of these changes within companies reflected not only outside, e.g. the portfolio of offered products and services or overall image of the company, but also inside, e.g. in approaches to managing corporate financial, operations, human resources or creating marketing strategies. Because of that there exist a place for examination and discussion on topics related to the current state of business operation and their future development.

The conference is held under the auspices of the dean of the Faculty of Business Economy with seat in Košice, University of Economics in Bratislava, doc. RNDr. Zuzana Hajduová, PhD.
