Prakash C. Gupta is Head, Department of Information Technology, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune. Earlier he was Head, Data Networks, Reliance Infocomm Ltd.Also, a recipient of Gold Medal, from the Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications, Prakash C.
