It provides information on prices, storage capacity, gas reserves, liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline trade, LNG terminals and ports. It contains a summary of developments during 2002; forecasts for the gas sector upto 2030 taken from the IEA's World Energy Outlook; summary tables of world natural gas developments, with time series dating back to the early 1970's; historical time series of production and consumption by sector; a series of maps showing the gas pipeline network and information on the regulation of gas transportation for each OECD country.
