Description:... After Second American Civil War, Annabelle struggles to follow her conscience under a rigid regime.

While she tries to suppress defiant thoughts, avoid the draft, and protect her younger sister, the Federal Union has other plans for her. The government hunts men and boys as outcasts and insists she join the enforcers. She has no beef with the runaways and despises the government for taking her parents. This places her in the untenable position where following her beliefs endangers everyone she loves and cares about.
