In This Process, One May Gain Material Success But Significant Damage Is Done To Human Values. Therefore, There Is A Need For Restoring A Balance Between The Head And The Heart. Efforts Are Being Made By The Intellectuals And Practitioners In Management Through Exchange Of Knowledge Based On Research Studies, Conferences And Training Programmes. Their Attempts Are Aimed At Finding Ways And Means To Achieve A Balance Between The Organisational Goals And Individual Needs So That The Individual Does Not Become A Robot An Organisation Machine.
