This book has been created with what the participants of the FMK Wisdom School shared from the bottom of their hearts. The participants of FMK Wisdom School shared their experiences of the times when they believed negative and stressful thoughts arguing with reality and of the times when they didn’t believe them. They wrote about their processes and transformations during their journey of love-in-action by giving examples.
