This centre was sited in Victoria and auspiced by community services organisation Family Life. The report looks at families attending the centre over its first three years, from 2006 to 2009. It provides details on the background policy and legislation context, the research methodology, findings on client views and experiences of mediation, and policy issues and recommendations.
