Description:... After parting with her last boyfriend, Kate’s freedom is short-lived. With the help of two Native Australian friends, Jimmy and Rose, she is strong enough to face the challenges life throws at her, including the threats and harassment from the men intent on destroying Michael and cheating her out of the land. Their threats are based on the knowledge that Michael has information, which, when decoded, will exonerate him and expose their illegal business dealings.
Natural disasters affect the farm, and fighting them slowly brings Kate and Michael together. The small community that has grown around them provides companionship and support for the pair, and though their life is not without the hardships caused by nature, they are content.
