A Brief Introduction to Paediatric Arrythmias
Description:... Pediatric arrhythmias account for approximately 55.1 per 100,000 patients evaluated in pediatric emergency departments. Sinus tachycardia is by far the most commonly reported arrhythmia, followed by supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) which represents about 13%, and bradycardia accounting for about 6% of all cases. Pediatric electrophysiology is largely an unexplored field. There is very scarce data and books written on Pediatric arrhythmias in our country. This book is a humble effort to give lucid and comprehensive account of Pediatric arrhythmias which should enable clinicians to better care to the patients.
