It is a term that can be translated as "thought". In Buddhism and Hinduism, a mantra is a sacred phrase, word or syllable that is recited as a support of meditation or to invoke the divinity. Although they can not be translated accurately or precisely, each sound corresponds to an aspect of enlightenment and allows the mind to be associated with one of these aspects. It was this desire for knowledge that led him to find a way to practice this teaching and therefore enter the Ashram of his spiritual Master, receiving his initiation in September 1976 in Buenos Aires.
