Description:... Whenever your boat of life is in the midst of the sea know that the wind can get contrary before you arrive at your destination. Whatever your boat is, leaving must be done under the command of the Lord. God’s command is authenticated by the authority of his word. The word must remain your sustaining reality that serves as the boarding pass to your destination. Every journey that begins in God must be sustained by a faithful focus on God. We cannot initiate a step, and then solicit God to concur with our plans and direction. If you sense you are sinking, don’t neglect to cry, ‘Lord save me.’ Your cry is the spiritual alarm system that alerts the outstretched hand of the Lord. Your boat is all the realities that you permit to suffocate your God given liberty, while diminishing faith and bridling creative possibilities. The boat will keep you spiritually infantile, seduce by procrastination and religious excuses. Your boat is a religious ceiling that takes every believer into spiritual default. Your position in Christ requires that you step beyond every limit because position determines posture, potential and power in the Kingdom.
