"Who We Were; Who We Are: Kosovo Roma Oral Histories" is a collection of interviews with Roma in Mahallas across postwar Kosovo, with accompanying notes on Roma histroy, culutre, and the state of roma in contemporary Kosovo and eastern Europe. The project, which completed in 2004, was generously funded by the Open Society Institute's Roma Culture Initiative.
