This is the first novel of Frank Buyak (buy ak), who was scheduled to be a passenger on the SS Athenia. However, a good fortune and overbooking on that ship probably saved his life. Frank has an extensive background in writing for industry and has traveled to the places mentions in this book. He is a graduate of several universities and has a masters degree in teaching. Mr. Buyak is retured and living in Connecticut.
