English summary: This volume explores the contemporary history of Media Historical Education from different perspectives, which are divided into four sections, three of which are dedicated to conveying contemporary history: contemporary history in the print media; contemporary history in film and television; contemporary history in the internet. The way of conveying contemporary history in schoolbooks, educational films and digital programs, thus school-related media, was the topic of the fourth section. The contributions evaluate which specific profiles, potentials and problems the single formats might have: Which are the respective intentions and concepts, which topics are being dealt with and how are they configured by the medium, what do the media-specific historic conceptions look like, which processes of reception and learning are being launched?
