The making of the Second Cold War

The purpose of this book is to describe the causes and development of the Second Cold War. It is therefore about the 'making' of this Cold War in both senses of the word - about how it was brought into being, and how it has been sustained. It is an attempt to establish the main parameters of the international politics since the late 1960s, and to provide a rival interpretation to that wich is conventionally presented, in both east and west.
